What should I do if I forget my login or password?

Start by resetting your password. You will receive an email to establish a new one right away. Please note your password token will expire after 90 minutes. If you are still having trouble, please contact us for assistance.

How can I submit my contact’s resume?

Submitting your contact’s information is simple. Refer your contact by using the Quick Referral Form in two ways:

Option 1: Already know what position you want to refer your contact to?

  1. Visit Office Staffing’s Referral Portal and login to your account
  2. Search for the position to refer your contact(s) to
  3. Choose the desired position
  4. Click on the “Refer” button within the job description
  5. Enter your contact’s information. At the minimum, you must enter their first name, last name and either a phone number or email address. If you have a copy, you may also upload the candidate’s resume.

After you’ve submitted your referral, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your referral was successfully submitted. You can also view the status of your referrals by visiting your “My Referrals” page.

Option 2: Make a General Referral (as available on your Referral Portal)

  1. If you don’t know what position you’d like to refer your contact to, but still think they would be a great fit at Office Staffing, you can use the general referral form. If available, this is located on the home page of your portal.
  2. Click the “Make a General Referral” button and enter your contact’s information. You will need to enter their first name, last name and either a phone number or email address. You may also choose a suggested department, location and upload their resume.
  3. Once you’ve submitted your referral, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know your referral was successfully submitted. If applicable, you can view the status of your referrals by visiting your “My Referrals” page.

How to search jobs?

It’s simple! Filter by “Department” or “Location,” then enter keywords into the “Search Jobs” field. Results will appear based on the entered criteria.

How do I share jobs?

Share your personal referral link through Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn networks, a text message, Skype, email, or iMessage.

1: First, login to RolePoint. You must do this to receive a referral credit.

2. Determine if you want to share all jobs or one specific job with your social network.

3a. If you decide to share all jobs, then click on the social network button you want to share jobs with.

3b. If you only decide to share one specific job, click on that job and then on the social network button that you want to share the job with.

4. After you’ve selected which social network you want to share jobs with, follow the instructions provided in the pop-up and share. Those who apply for a position via your share link will have you credited as the referrer. And if the candidate is hired, you may be eligible to receive a referral bonus!
